I just ordered a small selection of 9cm herbs pots. They came beautifully and safely packaged and looked very healthy. I transferred them to terracotta pots and put them on my kitchen windowsill where they look really nice and so far so good - they are doing very well. I was impressed by the variety of herbs available, ordering was straightforward and delivery as advised. Would recommend!

Serious Herb company I can recommend. I bought a collection of unusual mint plants for a limited space balcony. Received advance confirmation of sending date email and planting advice emails when I asked plus an email when they were sent.
The plants are well priced, came well packaged, reliable courier used, and are lovely healthy young plants. I will buy from them again.

I recommend 'The Culinary Herb Company' without hesitation. When ordering online, I made a mistake. Peter dealt with it promptly, sorted it out, and kept in touch to clarify the action he'd taken to resolve it. The plants arrived on schedule. The outer box had been dented along one edge (even though it was very clearly labelled as 'Fragile'!), but the robust inner packaging had completely protected the plants. They were in excellent condition, looking very healthy and with a good root system on all of them. The whole experience gets my planned herb garden off to a positive, feel-good start and I sense this will carry through to my enjoyment of the plants as they mature. It's a delight to find this company - exemplary customer service and excellent products.

I received my plant order from you today. I've bought a lot of plants from different companies in the past few weeks and how they've arrived at my door has varied considerably. I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the herbs I received from you. They are a good size, healthy and with sound roots. They were packaged really well meaning they survived the transit with no damage and are now recuperating in a sheltered area on the patio. I have no doubts they will all grow on into robust plants. I really appreciate that your company makes such an effort to provide such a good service for your customers.
