This variety of hyssop is a compact, aromatic plant that produces dark blue flowers from summer into early autumn and can only be propagated by cuttings. The leaves and flowers can be added to salads and go well with game, dark meats, soups, stews and stuffing. Use as a companion plant near brassicas to keep away whitefly.
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun.
