This plant has a lovely refreshingly minty lemon scent and flavour. The scent can almost be mistaken for the smell of toothpaste. It is a slightly slower growing mint then other common varieties. Add the fresh leaves to fruit salads, fruit dishes or to make mint sauce. Plant in fertile, rich soil in full sun/part shade.
