This is an excellent, aromatic variety for brightening up a herb garden. It is ideal for edging or as a feature plant. It is extensively used as a path thyme between flagstones and within turf. It would also be ideal in a rockery or hanging basket.
Although more decorative then culinary, the leaves have a mild taste and can be added to food as a garnish.
Plant in well-drained soil in full sun. Can tolerate light dappled shade.
